First Shots for Shotgun

Did you know the National Shooting Sports Foundation's First Shots program isn't just for handguns? It now includes shotgun seminars, which may be used by any outdoor shooting facility that is looking to increase its customer base.

With the warm weather finally upon us, there is no better time to get outside and do some shotgun shooting. Whether skeet, trap or sporting clays is your game, dust off that shotgun and go shoot some clay targets! Better yet, why not introduce some newcomers to the sport as well -- maybe grow your league, get some new competition and get your range name out there.

First Shots shotgun seminars are the perfect opportunity to introduce people to clay target shooting. The seminars will teach them firearm safety, proper handling, the basic fundamentals of shooting, information about your facility and will allow them to take their First Shots at clay targets. The First Shots program has also proven successful in generating more range traffic and is a great tool for both commercial and private clubs.
